Our founder has over 20 years of IT experience, including over 15 years specializing in cryptographic services in both the government and commercial sectors. Once a top contributor posting as Paranormastic in forums such as Experts-Exchange, his knowledge is still helping people years after his last posting.
Crypto isn't popular. It isn't something you see, so it isn't "cool" to do. Application development, websites, etc. all use crypto, but often it is a brand to an end. As such, few resources exist to help those of us in the industry & even fewer resources to learn from. Much of the information is posted by those who don't know much more than the very basics of cryptography & as such often provide poor, incomplete, or even wrong information. Additionally, crypto teams are often very small & often contain talents needed to get by, but not too thrive and grow.
This is our mission: To inform, educate, and guide those who wish to learn and use cryptography in a professional setting.
